Daily
Encouragement

Seeking Praise
In
all you do and all you say, do it as unto the Lord. Don’t
find yourself offended looking to man for your reward. When
you do things as unto the Lord, there are no regrets. Only
what you do for Christ will last and He will never forget.
So often I see people doing what appears to be very good
deeds. Yet their actions are in vain, because they’ve
planted fruitless seeds. Their labor was in vain, because it
was done for man’s Recognition. And that is not honorable in
God’s sight by any definition. If you’re work is for God,
its okay if people don’t say thanks anymore. Remember they
are not the ones that you are working for. Let your deeds be
done as unto your Father above. You can’t be offended when
showing His kindness, and His love. Your reward can come
from man or God; it’s up to you to decide. So ask yourself,
am I working for man’s praise or for God to be glorified.
Man’s rewards are temporary, but God will last forever. Men
will come and go, but God will leave you never.

Verse Of The Day |
 |
If anyone
speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of
God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God
provides, so that in all things God may be praised through
Jesus Christ. To him be the glory
and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

Reading this book was a blessing.
This is a great book. Whatever is going on in your life there is
likely a poem that is fitting. You truly feel the anointing
flowing as you are reading. I loved it!
