Create in me a clean
heart, O God; and
renew a right spirit
within me.

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. |

A
Good Marriage Takes Three |
|
|
| |
|
A
Good
marriage
takes
three;
I
know
that
may
sound
a
bit
odd.
But,
it’s
really
true;
it’s
take
two
really
|
|
good forgivers and God. God is the creator of marriage; He gives the husband a loving wife. He blesses this |
|
union not as a phase, but as a commitment for life. Then God blesses this union between the woman and the |
|
man. Watch for God’s footprints as they walk hand in hand in the sand. We should view marriage as a gift |
|
with the deepest love we can share. For better or for worse we know our gift from God will be there. No |
|
secret too dark to tell, in opening up no thought is too deep. The thought of the first kiss, the memories we’ll |
|
always keep. The thought of the first date never seem to be too far away. The picture of your cake smeared |
|
face taken on your wedding day. Now, understand no marriage is perfect, this must be said to be fair. |
|
There will be good times and bad, but through them all God is there. When things aren’t so great, |
|
remember the smile that caught your eye. Think about the vows that you took and then remember the |
|
reason why. Remember, a wife is like rubies crowned upon her husband’s head. Remember your |
|
unrelenting love is the reason why you wed. If you always remember why you wed, you’ll never have to |
|
wonder. Remember what God has joined together, let no man put asunder. |
